Gigi Cone Welch
Gigi’s beginnings as an agency producer and her multi-continental work in the post-production world have given her the perfect experience and insight to lead the charge and be the driving force behind The Reservoir. It takes a deep understanding of the entire post-production process as well as an ability to connect with a broad range of people to keep this baby afloat. Gigi has all of that and then some.
Marc Mintle
Is a creative director/art director/designer. But a more accurate description might be a creative problem solver who sees strategic thinking, relentless crafting, and relationships with talented people as a means to that end. A lengthy career at small, medium and large creative shops, working on local, national and global brands has imbued Marc with a strong understanding of the importance of branding and creating emotional connection through storytelling.
Caroline Stephens
Caroline has been a producer for 14 years, dabbling back and forth between production and the post world. She’s worked on commercials, documentaries and TV episodic shows. When not producing, she has also worked as an organizer which means she can tidy up any schedule, keep the creatives on point and whip up a detailed bid so fast, you won’t know what hit you. Caroline keeps The Reservoir running as smooth as a glassy lake on a windless morning.
